Singapore in Spring: A Chinese New Year celebration
Sure, Singapore doesn't have four seasons, but doesn't mean that the Chinese here can't celebrate the start of the Spring, which is also the New Year according to Lunar calendar.
Chinese mark their years according to the 12 Chinese zodiac, and this year is the Tiger Year. With as much as 75% of its inhabitants are Chinese, Lunar New Year in Singapore is one of the biggest annual events. Come and join the celebrations!
